“Bellawiyn” a masterpiece which tells the story of the local Wadawurrung people, on Victoria’s Bellarine Penninsula.
Billy-Jay O’Toole, a proud Wadawurrung man and artist, came up with the design which depicts a place to come together rejoice, walk, connect, fish, be active and feel peace.
